Prohibition of forced labor is one of the important principles of human rights, which is considered in global and regional documents as well as the rights of countries. This rule of human rights has also been discussed in the subject laws of Iran. There are many examples of forced labor, but the cases that international organizations emphasize on combating and eradicating it are: forced child labor, extreme forced labor of prisoners, and human trafficking. Children have their own special needs due to their physical and mental weakness and lack of independence, which require special care and support from the family and society. In this way, the 19th century was the beginning of a movement towards the development of regulations to protect children's rights. But the United States of America has no obligation to these laws and regulations, and children's rights are always violated. Forced labor is defined in Convention 29 of the International Labor Organization of the ILO as follows: the term forced or forced labor refers to work or services that are given to the beneficiary under the threat of punishment and without the beneficiary volunteering to perform it be imposed. Forced labor in America has a criminal, inhumane, pervasive and hidden nature, and children's rights are severely violated. In this article, an attempt is made to analyze the legal situation of forced labor of children in the two legal systems of Iran and the United States using a descriptive-analytical method.
